Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Brooklyn Bridge Park. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the office reception area, including greeting visitors and responding to phone calls and emails
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including Public Affairs, Legal, People & Culture, Capital Projects & Restoration, and Permits & Events
  • Assist the President with phone calls, calendar management, and other administrative tasks
  • Handle deliveries, mail, and other office supplies
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events and community meetings
  • Order food and beverages for meetings and events
  • Arrange conference rooms, AV equipment, and video conferences
  • Maintain an organized and tidy office space, kitchen, and conference rooms
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate diplomatically and professionally
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • NYC residency required
