Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to streamline processes.
  • Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Manage and support office staff, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, staff meetings, and other office activities.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and present reports on office operations to senior management.
  • Address and resolve any office-related issues promptly.
