Job Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at JHI Auto Company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive team, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Ensure a smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or executive secretary.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
