As a key member of our team, you will perform reception, clerical, and administrative functions to help achieve the best possible results for our diverse client base.

Job Overview

This is an entry-level position requiring 1-2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, and admin-related roles. You must be able to work onsite daily from 8:30am-5:30pm in North Palm Beach, FL. Our ideal candidate possesses strong telephone and personal skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging Social Media content and posts to promote our brand and listings.
  • Update marketing materials and company website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Draft and schedule email blasts to keep our clients informed about market trends and new listings.
  • Assist in career fair registrations and organization, as well as plan and organize in-office events such as holiday parties and Olympics events.
  • Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas, including monitoring supplies and opening/distributing mail/faxes.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years working in marketing, customer service, and admin-related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field highly desired.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Photoshop, and Video Editing software preferred.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
