Business Development Coordinator

Cohen Commercial Management LLC seeks a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to support our Marketing and Administrative efforts in driving company success. As a key member of our team, you will perform reception, clerical, and administrative functions to help achieve the best possible results for our diverse client base.
Job OverviewThis is an entry-level position requiring 1-2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, and admin-related roles. You must be able to work onsite daily from 8:30am-5:30pm in North Palm Beach, FL. Our ideal candidate possesses strong telephone and personal skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Create engaging Social Media content and posts to promote our brand and listings.
- Update marketing materials and company website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Draft and schedule email blasts to keep our clients informed about market trends and new listings.
- Assist in career fair registrations and organization, as well as plan and organize in-office events such as holiday parties and Olympics events.
- Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas, including monitoring supplies and opening/distributing mail/faxes.
- 1-2 years working in marketing, customer service, and admin-related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field highly desired.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Photoshop, and Video Editing software preferred.
The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
