Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Representative to join our team in the Southwest Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and growth across our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand and retain strategic accounts
  • Identify opportunities for product cross-sell and upsell
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team, and internal partners
  • Drive customer coverage activities to increase the likelihood of renewals
  • Collaborate with Estimators and Product Specialists to provide technical expertise and support
  • Manage multiple high-value strategic accounts and prioritize sales activities
  • Travel up to 75% of the time to meet with customers and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in sales/marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or related industries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering an unparalleled customer experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
