Strategic Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Representative to join our team in the Southwest Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and growth across our business units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand and retain strategic accounts
- Identify opportunities for product cross-sell and upsell
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team, and internal partners
- Drive customer coverage activities to increase the likelihood of renewals
- Collaborate with Estimators and Product Specialists to provide technical expertise and support
- Manage multiple high-value strategic accounts and prioritize sales activities
- Travel up to 75% of the time to meet with customers and partners
- Bachelor's Degree in sales/marketing or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or related industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering an unparalleled customer experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
