Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to cultivate and generate business opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and leads, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination of bookings.
  • Assist the Sales and Events teams in developing and executing strategies to boost revenue.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and uphold our values in all interactions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including updating databases, generating reports, and addressing guest requests.
  • Prepare and distribute essential documents such as contracts, event schedules, and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
  • Support guest and client experiences, including VIP services and event coordination.
  • Contribute to the overall guest service culture by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality or event management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to navigate various software programs related to property management.
  • Strong mathematical skills for handling basic calculations and data analysis.

Working Environment:

The role involves a moderate noise level and may require lifting up to fifty pounds. The coordinator should be prepared for a dynamic work environment, engaging with guests and staff across various settings.
