Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Senior Care Medication Manager. This role involves administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner, while also ensuring the highest degree of quality care and services for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments according to the resident's medical plan and under the supervision of the Resident Care Director (RCD)
  • Document medication administration and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the RCD
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP)/Individualized Care Plans (ICP) and monthly updates
  • Transcribe orders and maintain confidentiality of resident information
Requirements:
  • LPN or LVN license and certification
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of the resident
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience working with seniors preferred
