We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Construction Project Manager Assistant to join our team at Building and Land Technology in Stamford, CT.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Senior Construction Project Manager Assistant will be an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering building projects of varying size and complexity. The role involves directing, organizing, and controlling project administration under the direction of a Project Manager.

The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director of Construction and will be responsible for attending client meetings, assisting with project requirements, and preparing project organization and communication charts.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in project coordination/admin in a construction or real estate setting, with excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite programs and familiarity with Project Management software like Procore is also desirable.
