Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up construction projects in Connecticut.

This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact construction projects, including healthcare, schools, multifamily, and retail developments.

Skillset and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction
  • Proven track record managing projects in Connecticut
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to work under pressure while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality control
  • Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely material deliveries
  • Monitor project progress and communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
