Job Title: Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Virgin Hotels New York City. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Rooms department and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Rooms team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure that all hotel operations run smoothly.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office or hotel operations role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations software and systems.
