As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project administration, including bid submittals, change orders, and warranty periods
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, general contractors, architects, and customers to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including weekly and monthly updates
  • Manage billing and collections, as well as coordinate with internal teams for manpower, equipment, and material resources
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate prices and terms
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction site work, including safety protocols and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
