Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to join our Physical Therapy Administrative Department at St. Luke's Hospital. As an Administrative Intern, you will provide critical support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Practice Administrator and other Administrative Team members with daily tasks and projects.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule patients, and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to weekly/monthly statistical analysis and reports.
  • Support the Billing Supervisor with insurance authorizations and Accounts Receivable.
  • Assist with marketing tasks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business/Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access database.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
