Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at McGard LLC. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to customer complaints.
  • Order Processing: Enter and process customer orders, checking for accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, working with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
