Eaton's IS AER MSD division is currently seeking a Senior Program Management Specialist.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $ $ a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Program Management Specialist will be accountable for steering and overseeing programs to achieve the defined scope within established quality, time, and cost parameters, ensuring satisfaction of specified requirements and enhancing customer and stakeholder contentment.

This role will also inspire the entire team to fulfill the business case and expected margins.

In this position, you will:

  • Execute programs to meet agreed timelines, costs, quality, and benefit expectations.
  • Lead, motivate, and provide direction for the project and broader program team.
  • Organize, coordinate, and oversee program activities.
  • Facilitate effective and transparent communication within the program team and with stakeholders.
  • Guide project team planning efforts and resolve resource conflicts across projects.
  • Manage relationships with key customer representatives.
  • Establish and maintain governance for the program.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing Projects and/or Programs, including one throughout the full lifecycle.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing programs valued between $300K - $1MM+.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • This position requires access to information or hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR.
Relocation assistance is not provided. All candidates must currently reside within a specified distance of Eaton's facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of experience managing Projects and/or Programs, including one throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Experience managing programs exceeding $5MM.
  • Familiarity with Program Management practices, including work breakdown structure, scheduling, resource management, risk management, cost account management, cost estimating, and planning.
  • PMI PMP certification.
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
