Production Equipment Operator

The Production Equipment Operator is accountable for preparing machinery for the beginning of shifts and/or transitioning between products. This role involves operating auxiliary machinery to manufacture a variety of products while ensuring that quality standards and production targets are achieved. Additionally, the operator will conduct troubleshooting on equipment as necessary.
Essential SkillsTechnical Skills- Proficient in basic literacy and numeracy
- Excellent manual dexterity, particularly with small components
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, instructions, blueprints, and drawings
- Competence in performing basic preventative maintenance on machinery
- Effective communication abilities
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive company image
- Dedication to upholding the highest quality standards while consistently performing at peak levels
This is a permanent role.
Work EnvironmentThis position is fully on-site within a climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
