Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to coordinate maintenance support and ensure seamless operations
  • Lead a team of operators in daily equipment operations, prioritizing efficiency and safety
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance
  • Identify and allocate resources required for tasks, ensuring effective project management
  • Monitor equipment conditions and address issues promptly, minimizing the risk of equipment failure
  • Review field service reports and warranty programs to ensure compliance and optimize maintenance costs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in electric power generation and maintenance management
  • 3+ years of experience in safety program management, with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations
  • Ability to lift heavy weights and work at heights, with a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree in a relevant field
  • OSHA 30 certification, with experience in CMMS and balance of plant equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel between project sites
  • Technician experience, with a strong understanding of prime mover and CMMS systems
