The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electric power generation and maintenance management, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to coordinate maintenance support and ensure seamless operations
- Lead a team of operators in daily equipment operations, prioritizing efficiency and safety
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance
- Identify and allocate resources required for tasks, ensuring effective project management
- Monitor equipment conditions and address issues promptly, minimizing the risk of equipment failure
- Review field service reports and warranty programs to ensure compliance and optimize maintenance costs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in electric power generation and maintenance management
- 3+ years of experience in safety program management, with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations
- Ability to lift heavy weights and work at heights, with a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or graduate degree in a relevant field
- OSHA 30 certification, with experience in CMMS and balance of plant equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel between project sites
- Technician experience, with a strong understanding of prime mover and CMMS systems
