The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, over 5 years of experience in electric power generation and maintenance oversight, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and coordinate maintenance assistance
  • Guide operational staff in daily equipment management
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance services
  • Determine resources necessary for tasks
  • Monitor equipment status and resolve issues
  • Evaluate field service reports and warranty programs

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in electric power generation
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management
  • 3+ years of experience in safety program management
  • Capability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
  • Valid driver's license

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Willingness to travel between project locations
  • Experience with CMMS and balance of plant equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical experience
