Position: Lead Salesforce Operations Specialist

Company Overview:
BCI - Brokerage Consultants Inc is a dynamic asset management firm dedicated to U.S. small and mid-cap equities. We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Operations Specialist to spearhead the development and execution of our sales operations strategies within the Salesforce platform.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining operational processes and optimizing revenue-generating activities while promoting collaboration across various teams. You will be responsible for building, configuring, and automating technology solutions that deliver significant business value. This includes working closely with stakeholders and sales teams to establish system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform to maximize user engagement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and refine sales operations strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
2. Implement and enhance processes to measure and improve sales efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive revenue growth.
3. Lead the enhancement of the technology stack to support revenue operations and boost productivity.
4. Manage essential Salesforce administrative functions, including user account maintenance and workflow management.
5. Conduct regular internal audits and upgrades of the Salesforce system.
6. Collaborate with sales teams to create personalized dashboards, fields, alerts, and reports to shorten the sales cycle and track leads in detail, providing actionable insights based on sales revenue data.
7. Contribute to strategic planning by offering revenue-focused perspectives to facilitate firm growth.
8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
9. Work collaboratively with teams to ensure effective pipeline management and resource allocation while identifying best practices.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, preferably with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator; additional certifications in Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong knowledge of Salesforce products; experience in marketing automation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with basic triggers, Apex code, and system integration experience with tools such as Outreach or Gong is preferred; experience with DST SalesConnect is a plus.
• A desire to work in a small business environment, wearing multiple hats, and a willingness to work in-office full-time.

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, along with a discretionary bonus. Salary may vary based on individual skill set and experience.
