Expectations from You:

● Engage with homeowners, perform property evaluations, and determine the feasibility of solar and/or roofing solutions. We believe in transparency and aim to provide clients with genuine value.

● Offer clients comprehensive insights regarding their solar and/or roofing projects, addressing any questions about the process.

● Guide clients through every phase, from initial agreement to project completion, including passing final inspections and receiving payments.

● Stay updated on industry trends and effectively communicate these changes to our clients.

● Maintain precise client records in our CRM system by documenting interactions, scheduling follow-up meetings, and updating critical details as projects progress.

● Foster clear communication, both written and verbal, with colleagues, administrative staff, supervisors, and clients.

● Possess a forward-thinking mindset with long-term goals. We are a progressive organization actively shaping the future, encouraging goal setting, both personally and professionally, to promote collective success.

Required Experience

● 1+ years of project management or customer service experience.

● Ability to manage and resolve multiple issues across various projects within tight deadlines.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Capability to navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in our target market and establish relationships through door-to-door visits, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Participate in adjuster meetings.
  • Conduct sales meetings, perform roof inspections, or schedule inspections with project managers, and finalize contracts.
  • Handle customer payments if necessary and coordinate projects for construction.
  • Manage sales pipeline and client relationships.
