JOB OVERVIEW:
Valor is actively seeking 3 to 5 individuals to join our team of storm restoration representatives. This team will support the management of insurance claims resulting from storm damage, including hail and wind impacts.
No prior experience? No worries. Valor Roof and Solar Inc. provides some of the finest storm restoration training programs nationwide, equipping individuals to become fully competent roofing representatives in a matter of days.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This position is not remote.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Ability to engage face-to-face with homeowners
- Professional appearance is required
- Smartphone capable of taking photos and using applications
- Willingness to generate leads independently
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- All necessary training will be provided by Valor for newcomers to the field:
- Assessing homes and documenting any storm-related damage
- Engaging directly with homeowners post-inspection to guide them through the repair and insurance claim process
- Signing sales agreements and associated documentation
- Updating the company CRM system
- Understanding and explaining insurance scopes
- Proactively seeking leads through door knocking and other methods
- Attendance at company meetings and training sessions is required
