JOB OVERVIEW:
Valor is in search of a skilled roofing sales consultant to become part of our team. You are already familiar with the fundamentals. You possess experience and know how to interpret insurance scopes. You understand how to engage with insurance adjusters and guide your clients through the process.

YOUR ROLE:
Your primary responsibility will be to generate roofing leads and successfully close sales.

As an experienced salesperson, your focus should be on selling to optimize both your income and the company's.

We will conduct a review of your sales presentation and provide an orientation to align you with our company values and policies.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Commissions on completed roofing sales ($1,400-$2,200 per project)
Performance bonuses
Annual trip for qualifying representatives

EXPECTATIONS:
$90,000 to $180,000 annually or more
This is a W2 position; 401K and health insurance are included

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
Must have reliable transportation
Must maintain a professional appearance
Must possess a smartphone capable of taking photos and utilizing applications
Must be reasonably adept with technology (internet, applications)
Must be willing and able to generate leads independently (door-to-door)
Willing to follow up on company-provided leads
Must be self-motivated and disciplined to achieve success

CAREER RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Inspect residences and document any storm damage
Meet directly with homeowners post-inspection to educate them on repair, replacement, and insurance claim processes
Sign sales contracts and related documentation
Update the company CRM
Understand and explain insurance scopes
Create estimates
Market company services and generate new leads
Willing to pursue various lead-generation opportunities
Must attend company meetings and training sessions
