Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Commercial MEP

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Crete United. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sales territory and creating new accounts for our commercial MEP operations in the Texas area. You will attract new clients by establishing and retaining relationships, identifying and meeting their MEP requests, and ensuring they receive outstanding customer service from our MEP departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high-volume customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.

* Deliver new customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.

* Master the Crete United Partners' strategic points of differentiation and deliver a targeted sales strategy to capitalize on it.

* Manage accounts of all sizes by representing the Crete United Partners externally with customers and internally by working with business development and operations teams.

* Develop a thorough understanding of the customers' position in the market, their product/service, points of difference, and competitive landscape.

* Manage customer input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.

* Manage RFP proposals to deliver wins.

* Facilitate execution as a strategic orchestrator, ensuring Crete United Partners deliver on the promises we've made, and the results customers expect.

* Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.

* Manage day-to-day customer communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new, and upcoming projects.

Requirements:

* BA in business administration or similar relevant field experience.

* 5+ years of sales experience within the Construction (MEP) industry.

* Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business.

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.

* Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.

* Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively.

* Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles).

* Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
