Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Frontier Communications. As a key sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and supporting sales talent within a designated region, focusing on acquiring new Residential customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and lead a team of internal and contract sales professionals (D2D, MDU, and community engagement); tracking and improving results each month through motivation, headcount growth, and vendor engagement
- Assign territory to sales professionals while managing KPIs and sales activity within the assigned territory
- Develop fresh insights and techniques to reach more households with fiberoptic internet
- Beat our competition and delight our customers every day
Requirements:
- Unwavering integrity, unrelenting drive, and continuously improving
- 5+ years of experience in residential telecommunications (cable, telco, or fiber) sales experience with demonstrated success
- 3+ years of experience leading top-performing sales teams
- Exhibits sound business judgment, emotional intelligence, and proven ability to influence others
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization
- Bachelor's Degree suggested or equivalent experience
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $61,000 to $155,000
- 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year
