The pay range for this role is $17 - $30 hourly, based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.

Job Summary

The Client Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance. This includes answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the customer and insurance companies, promoting opportunities and resolving concerns while delivering a tailored, white-glove experience.

  • Property & Casualty License
  • Effective Telephone Etiquette
  • 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience
