Customer Service Role at GEICO

Salary: $20.15 per hour/$40,602.25 per year

GEICO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our policyholders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise and fostering trust
  • Communicate effectively with policyholders to resolve issues and concerns
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve performance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
