Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Fire Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the construction market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue large fire alarm sales opportunities in the construction market, including installation and parts & services projects.
- Stay up-to-date on new and retrofit construction projects in the NYC market to uncover life safety opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive project sales, including bids, end-user sales, and recurring services.
- Utilize strong organizational and technical skills to manage multiple projects and relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to generate leads and sales through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction market.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Connections in the electrical contractor industry.
- Experience in fire alarm sales.
Compensation:
$100,000 - $125,000, plus commission. Pay commensurate with experience.
