Job Overview:
Talented and organized individuals are sought to fill the role of Administrative Assistant at Teledyne, a leading provider of innovative sensing solutions. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clerical and administrative support role, successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of complex administrative functions, including preparing correspondence, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records. Ensure the smooth operation of the office by handling confidential and sensitive information, making decisions, and resolving conflicts. Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients through exceptional customer service and technical knowledge.

Educational Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clerical and/or administrative support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate's degree in related field and/or training, or Certificate in specialized function preferred.

Salary Range:
$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
