Job Overview:

Rbm Services seeks a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an essential member of our operations department, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Develop and implement efficient production plans to meet customer demands.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and raw materials, to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular status reports to stakeholders on production progress and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including quality control, warehouse, and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an operations coordinator or similar role with knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MRP II, MS Office, and ERP systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication abilities.
