Role Overview

Our Commercial Technology Architecture team partners with Life Sciences clients to develop effective technology strategies and architectures that align with their broader commercial objectives. We guide our clients through every facet of their commercial solutions, including application architecture, systems and data integrations, and business process assessments, ensuring they achieve commercial excellence through integrated master data and compliant multi-channel CRM.

Position Responsibilities

  • Engage in business process evaluations and provide expert advice on best practices.
  • Design and create end-user requirements for customer application implementation projects.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions throughout the complete lifecycle of Veeva applications for pharmaceutical and medical device organizations.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, vendors, and Veeva colleagues to drive customer success.
  • Take on progressive responsibilities for analysis, design, and the development of commercial architecture landscapes.

What You'll Do

This role comprises approximately 20% program management, 50% analytical work, and 30% technical tasks, leveraging your expertise in Veeva commercial applications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial IT Architecture within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Proven ability to navigate complexity and lead teams and clients to successful outcomes.
  • Experience in commercial solutions and architecture design, data architecture, and sales effectiveness.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, essential for client-facing interactions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Commercial Cloud applications.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device companies.
  • Knowledge of Business Process development and Program Management.

Compensation

Base salary range: $100,000 - $200,000, with actual salaries depending on experience and location. Additional compensation may include bonuses and stock options.
