Role Responsibilities

In your role as a Business Expert, you will introduce Apple’s innovative solutions, technology, and services to business clients. You will spend time on the sales floor, engaging with both new and existing business customers to understand their needs. Your responsibilities include generating new leads and nurturing relationships through phone interactions and in-store events.

You will identify customer requirements through briefings and collaborate with the Business Team to prepare and present tailored proposals. For clients with more complex needs, you will work alongside the entire Business Team to develop optimal solutions. Additionally, you will inform customers about the comprehensive suite of sales support options available to them.

By inspiring customers to envision the potential of Apple technology in their businesses, you contribute to their success, as well as that of your team.

Education & Experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience in business sales.
  • Proficient in developing qualified leads through phone outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Flexibility in your schedule to accommodate business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is just one component of our total compensation package, which is determined within a specified range. This structure allows for growth as you develop within your role. Your base pay will reflect your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
