About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Business Development, Settlement Administration to join our team at Kroll. As a key member of our Business Services division, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Consult with attorneys and clients to understand their notice and settlement needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Expand our client base through lead generation, qualification, and development, as well as sourcing and developing client referrals.
  • Work closely with Kroll leadership to develop and implement growth strategies, and maintain a strong understanding of the company's business objectives.
  • Prepare and execute business development plans and strategies, including spearheading new initiatives and preparing proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Liaise with marketing to develop thought leadership materials and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track business development progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in claims and/or settlement administration, class action, legal, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in relationship-building with a track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
