Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Development Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and designing projects in compliance with applicable processes, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and design projects from conceptualization to final construction
  • Lead design teams throughout all phases of the project
  • Prepare, implement, and assess contract documents
  • Participate in business development activities
  • Sign and seal engineering work performed by you or that is performed under your direct supervision
  • Research design options, codes, and regulations applicable to the project
  • Provide detailed final designs and produce mark-ups to incorporate in drawings
  • Perform engineering calculations, analysis, and design
  • Produce engineering reports and plans
  • Coordinate directly with surveyors, CAD designers, and outside consultants
  • Utilize AutoCAD and/or MicroStation software to prepare engineering design documents and basic drawings
  • Perform field activities during design and/or construction
  • Prepare construction specifications for various types of projects
  • Review shop drawings and material certifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited four-year college or university
  • Hold a Professional Engineering License in the State of Missouri, or obtain one within six months of employment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Background screening including previous employment, education, criminal history, and driving record verification
