Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold exemplary standards of laboratory organization to enhance research and development efficiency.
- Oversee standard operating procedures for laboratory preparative tasks and manage the inventory of reagents, media, and consumables.
- Provide training and mentorship to members of the lab operations team.
- Manage and refine in-house inventory systems to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Coordinate lab supply orders, stock management, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment and oversee necessary repairs.
- Enhance protocols to improve efficiency in laboratory operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of laboratory experience in a research, operational, or managerial capacity.
- Proficient in autoclaving, media preparation, and precise laboratory techniques.
- Skilled in using spreadsheets for data management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in tracking and reporting lab consumables inventory.
- Experience in establishing new or updated standard operating procedures.
- Proficient in training and mentoring lab personnel in standard operating procedures.

- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
