- Engage in research aimed at enhancing the TCR-T cell engineering process.
- Conduct, analyze, and present results from functional assays involving TCR-engineered T cell products (including T cell engineering, flow cytometry, cytotoxicity assays, and cytokine secretion).
- Maintain cell lines and manage inventory effectively.
- Document experimental findings in an electronic lab notebook.
- Present findings in team and organizational meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5+ years or Master's degree with 0-2+ years of experience in biology, immunology, pharmacology, or a related discipline.

About TScan Therapeutics:
Founded in 2018 by a dedicated group of scientists led by Dr. Stephen Elledge, TScan Therapeutics is pioneering the discovery and development of novel TCR-engineered T cell therapies for cancer treatment. Our innovative discovery platform leverages groundbreaking technology to rapidly and comprehensively identify peptide antigen targets of T cell receptors. This capability significantly enhances our understanding of the specific antigens involved in critical disease processes, including tumor recognition by the immune system, self-reactivity in autoimmune conditions, and acquired immunity in infectious diseases. TScan is utilizing this platform in oncology to identify new TCR/target pairs and expedite the clinical development of novel TCRs.
Are you ready to be part of a transformative journey?
Our team at TScan is composed of talented, compassionate, and intelligent individuals, making it an exceptional workplace. Our modern facilities, designed to foster innovation and collaboration, provide an environment that encourages professionalism and teamwork.
