Solar Energy Call Center Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Energy Call Center Supervisor to join our team at ProSolar Systems Caribbean. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement in our KPIs and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record in supervising and training teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of our call center location, as well as analyzing data and preparing reports for management.

With a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of customer service representatives
  • Ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement in KPIs and client satisfaction
  • Maintain the physical appearance of the call center location
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center management or supervision
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
