About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team at Luma AI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our recruiting efforts and building a world-class hiring function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Recruiting Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Build and Manage a High-Performing Team: Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure they have the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed.
  • Source and Attract Top Talent: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from across the industry.
  • Improve Candidate Experience: Design and implement processes to ensure an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Measure and Analyze Recruiting Metrics: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to inform strategy and optimize results.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of In-House Recruiting Experience: Proven track record of success in in-house recruiting, with a focus on high-growth companies.
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Experience leading and managing a team of recruiters, with a focus on developing and executing a recruiting strategy.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex recruiting challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
