About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team at Luma AI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our recruiting efforts and building a world-class talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Talent Sourcing: Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from across the industry.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and build a high-performing talent acquisition function.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and maintain a strong employer brand that showcases our company culture and values.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of in-house recruiting experience in high-growth companies.
  • Proven track record of leading fast scaling of companies while preserving hiring quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide clarity on recruiting vision, strategy, and status across the organization.
  • Expert-level experience in choosing, setting up, and using ATS.
  • Organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to think outside the box in where to find and how to attract exceptional talent.
