About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Financial Leader to join our team at EK Recruiting LLC as a Director of Accounting. This is a unique opportunity to lead our revenue and costs functions, drive financial growth, and contribute to the company's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Lead the worldwide revenue and costs functions, including billings and collections, to ensure timely and accurate financial close.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to re-engineer and refresh key processes and controls, and support business and finance reviews.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful metrics and analyses to measure performance and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures within the functions.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 6 years in revenue and cost areas and 5 years in people management.
  • Critical thinking and excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under time pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP in revenue, costs, and related areas.
  • Ability to present complex financial and accounting issues to leadership, propose solutions, and execute.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field of study; MBA or CPA preferred.
