Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a solid background in sales to join our team focusing on the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong 'hunter' mentality, adept at navigating the sales process and cycle to uncover customer needs and engage key decision-makers. This role emphasizes 'consultative selling' to create unique value propositions for our services, with a consistent focus on achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  2. Drive lead generation and prospecting efforts to build a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with executives at the VP and CXO levels in targeted organizations. Oversee the complete sales process, including initial outreach, presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  4. For specific roles, candidates should have expertise in the Aerospace sector.
  5. For other positions, experience in Medical Devices, Industrial Automation, or Security & Surveillance is required.
  6. Possess 8-10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to hunting sales at the Director and VP levels. A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives is essential.
  7. Demonstrated experience in selling Product Engineering Services.
  8. Familiarity with offshore service companies in the high-tech sector and the ability to collaborate across global engineering and marketing teams.
  9. Strong technical acumen to provide innovative solutions to business challenges through consultative selling.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and persuade effectively.
  11. Capability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Educational Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  2. An MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
