Position Overview

INDUSTRIAL, a dynamic player in the industrial B2B marketing sector, is seeking a contract-to-hire Digital Marketing Manager to design, implement, and enhance a comprehensive marketing strategy for our portfolio of brands.

This role calls for an adept marketer with experience in B2B or industrial marketing, coupled with a strong desire to drive business growth and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

The Digital Marketing Manager position offers the flexibility of remote work for the right candidate or can be based at our Nashville headquarters with hybrid work arrangements available. This role will report directly to the President.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic marketing plan aimed at achieving lead generation targets for the INDUSTRIAL brand family.
  • Implement targeted digital advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing, display ads, social media promotions, and retargeting efforts.
  • Create and oversee email marketing initiatives and lead nurturing communications directed at existing contacts, potential clients, and new leads.
  • Apply SEO techniques to boost organic website traffic.
  • Facilitate the creation and distribution of enhanced sales and educational materials supporting key products and services.
  • Assist in managing the annual marketing budget.
  • Contribute to various marketing projects and tasks as needed, such as lead capture, scoring, and organizing marketing materials.
  • Ensure all marketing strategies align with overarching business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Background in B2B marketing and/or product marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement strategies and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics or similar tools to evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B social media, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including their advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and link building.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with SEMrush.
  • Experience in an agency setting.
  • Expertise in the industrial sector.
