- Proactively seek new prospects and position Push Pedal Pull as a leader in the commercial fitness market.
- Develop a balanced and growing pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members in meetings to qualify and advance the sales pipeline.
- Utilize appropriate resources for advancing opportunities through phone and in-person interactions.
- Work with customer operations and management to create effective commercial proposals.
- Participate in internal sales meetings and provide progress updates.
- Maintain documentation and materials to support sales objectives through company software.
- Demonstrate proven skills in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Compensation: The starting compensation package includes a base salary plus bonuses based on sales performance, with earnings derived from base salary and commissions linked to gross margin. Senior-level commission structures feature a weekly draw reconciled monthly with commissions owed.
