  • Work with customer operations and management to create effective commercial proposals.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings and provide progress updates.
  • Maintain documentation and materials to support sales objectives through company software.
  • Demonstrate proven skills in identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Compensation: The starting compensation package includes a base salary plus bonuses based on sales performance, with earnings derived from base salary and commissions linked to gross margin. Senior-level commission structures feature a weekly draw reconciled monthly with commissions owed.
