This role calls for an adept marketer with a solid foundation in B2B or industrial marketing, coupled with a strong enthusiasm for driving business growth and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

The Digital Marketing Manager position offers flexibility, allowing for remote work for the right candidate or the option to work from our Nashville headquarters with hybrid arrangements available. This role will report directly to the President.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic marketing plan aimed at achieving lead generation targets for INDUSTRIAL's brand portfolio.
  • Implement targeted paid media initiatives, including search, display, social media advertising, and retargeting efforts.
  • Design and oversee email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies for existing contacts, prospects, and new leads.
  • Apply SEO techniques to boost organic traffic and enhance online visibility.
  • Facilitate the creation and distribution of improved sales and educational materials to support key products and services.
  • Assist in managing the annual marketing budget effectively.
  • Support various marketing projects and tasks as needed, including lead capturing, scoring, and organizing marketing materials.
  • Ensure that all strategies align with overarching business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and/or Product Marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement strategies and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics (or similar tools) to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B social media, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, along with their advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, metadata, and link building.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SEMrush.
  • Experience in an agency setting.
  • Expertise in the industrial sector.
