Sales Associate Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Lands' End. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide highest degree of customer service, including courteously greeting customers, adjusting individual customer attention based on store traffic, and suggesting solutions based on customer interests and needs.
- Sales: Drive sales by utilizing approved consultative selling practices to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including suggesting outfitting options and related items to generate multiple unit sales.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of Lands' End products and services, along with current fashion trends to enhance level of customer service and generate sales.
- Operations: Process customer transactions efficiently using the POS and online system, including sales, returns, exchanges, etc. in accordance to authorized procedures.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain knowledge of Lands' End website navigation and leverage this option for customer solutions when the product is not available in the store.
- Stock Replenishment: Responsible for stock replenishment and adhering to visual brand standards.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees.
- Selling Skills: Excellent selling skills and ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
- Flexibility: Flexible and adaptable to change, with availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
