About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Business Development to join our team at Resonate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Create and execute strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territories or named accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and market share.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales pipeline growth, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
