Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Premiere Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain electronic file management systems and retrieve files as requested.
  • Organize and file documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and other records.
  • Compile and prepare reports as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint a plus.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of administrative assistance experience desired.
