SeamonWhiteside is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator within our dynamic team. This position is essential for enhancing our recruitment and onboarding processes in a vibrant workplace.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be instrumental in managing the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. Responsibilities include overseeing candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities. Collaboration with leadership, recruiters, and hiring managers will be key to facilitating effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions.
- Create and publish job postings on relevant platforms.
- Coordinate and facilitate both in-person and virtual interviews, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Act as the primary contact for candidates, providing updates and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain communication with hiring managers regarding candidate status and recruitment progress.
- Manage applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Prepare recruitment-related documentation and reports as needed.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for prospective hires.
- Facilitate new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in talent acquisition or HR roles.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR capacity.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
