This role is responsible for driving financial performance and productivity for all operational aspects of the center, while also ensuring that our curriculum is aligned with the highest standards of early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Operations and Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive financial performance and productivity across all operational areas of the center.
- Analyze curriculum evidence and create action plans to improve outcomes.
- Train and develop outstanding talent to ensure the center is fully staffed with high-performing teachers.
- Effectively manage labor and ensure appropriate ratios are maintained.
- Forecast future enrollment based on annual graduation rates.
- Plan and manage events to promote the center and engage with the community.
- Manage center inventory and ensure that all resources are utilized efficiently.
- Customer Engagement:
- Execute TLE brand events within the center and implement local marketing activities to promote the center and engage with the community.
- Oversee social media channels to ensure that they are used effectively to engage with parents and promote the center.
- Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and secure enrollment.
- Lead tours of the center and provide information to potential families about our programs and services.
- Maintain strong connections with potential customers and ensure that their needs are met.
- Have a strong understanding of the childcare offerings within the community and ensure that our center is competitive.
- Maintain the lead tracking portal and customer database to ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Coordinate the registration process and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in retail/store management or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
- Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
