Job Title: Curriculum Coordinator Administrator

At The Learning Experience, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Coordinator Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for driving financial performance and productivity for all operational aspects of the center, while also ensuring that our curriculum is aligned with the six ages and stages of early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Operations and People Leadership: Analyze curriculum evidence, create action plans, train outstanding talent, and manage labor to ensure appropriate ratios are always intact.
  • Customer Engagement: Execute TLE brand events, implement local marketing activities, oversee social media, and nurture leads through scheduling and conducting tours.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in retail/store management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
  • Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make decisions.
Compensation:

$35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
