About the Role:
Aston Carter is seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Lead to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll processing, as well as providing guidance and support to our payroll analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer end-to-end payroll processing outcomes, including adherence to auditing and accuracy practices as defined in Sarbanes Oxley controls.
- Audit payroll outcomes to ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards of core payroll areas such as tax and associated tax filings, garnishments, wage and hour, cafeteria plans, etc.
- Oversee and participate in year-end close procedures, including validating YTD reporting from ADP, previewing year-end reports for gaps and common issues, processing amendments and assisting in "clean up" prior to issuing W-2 forms.
