Job Summary

The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for managing payroll responsibilities, reporting to the corporate office Payroll Department, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process timecards, totaling hours and entering hours into the timekeeping spreadsheet
  • Communicate with employee supervisors regarding issues on timecards
  • Track PTO accruals and manage employee probation completions
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and distribution of company benefits packages
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of filling out 801 SAIF Forms
  • Strong Excel and Word experience
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Ability to learn new programs and software
  • ADP Workforce Now/Appfolio experience preferred
Work Schedule and Compensation

Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM, with a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 + benefits.
